On the afternoon of May 19, Wang Jiaoping, member of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Organization Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, visited Sanhuan Group for investigation and guidance. Chen Xianbin, founder of the group, and Zheng Xiangyu, Party secretary and chairman of the trade union of the group, warmly received and accompanied the investigation.
Wang Jiaoping and her team visited the Ceramic Museum, Ceramic Window, and Hydrogen Expo Experience Hall in the Ceramic Town, gaining an in-depth understanding of Sanhuan Group's achievements in ceramic industry innovation and development, scientific research, and corporate culture construction. During the visit, Zheng Xiangyu briefed the investigation team on the company's recent business development, highlights of trade union work, and the progress of the reform of the industrial worker team. As an autonomous region-level "production reform" pilot enterprise, Sanhuan Group has deeply integrated the "production reform" work with the enterprise's transformation and upgrading, providing support for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
Wang Jiaoping affirmed the achievements of Sanhuan Group in production and operation and trade union work, and also put forward suggestions for future work. She emphasized that to achieve high-quality development, enterprises must give full play to the leading role of the working class, and through solid and effective trade union work, unite the strength of employees, stimulate innovation, and promote the further development of all aspects of the enterprise.
