To implement Chairman Chen Cheng's "high, refined, and specialized" strategy, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Sanhuan Group, give full play to the important role of the trade union organization in enterprise production, and promote the formation of a good atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing" within the company, on the morning of August 30, under the organization of Zheng Xiangyu, chairman of the group's trade union, Liu Guifeng, vice chairman of the group's trade union, and Luo Shu Jie, Sanhuan Group's annual sticker labor competition was held in the painted workshop of Xinsong Company. Thirty contestants from the Xinsong Company branch union, the New Century Company branch union, the Xinglong Company branch union, and other qualified employees from outside the group competed on the same stage.
Competition Rules
This competition consists of two items: cup sticker and dish sticker. According to the competition rules, the rankings are selected and awarded by cup and dish categories. Specifically: First place in the cup category will receive a reward of 300 yuan, second place 200 yuan; first place in the dish category will receive a reward of 300 yuan, second place 200 yuan; third place 150 yuan; other participants who did not win a place will receive an encouragement award of 50 yuan each. The competition time is one hour. After the competition, the judges will score based on the quantity and quality of the products completed by the contestants, with a greater weight given to product quality. The final ranking is determined by the sum of the scores from both parts.

Before the competition, Chairman Zheng delivered a speech. He stated that this competition has two purposes: first, to select some employees with high quality and efficiency to work in the embossed gold processing project team; second, to improve employees' production efficiency and skill operation level, and to improve the overall quality of the employee team. This also responds to the production concept put forward by the former chairman: "We should treat each product as if we were processing jewelry." The day after the competition, after comprehensive scoring by the judging panel, in the cup sticker group, Zou Xueying from Xinsong Company won first place, and Chen Fenglan from Xinglong Company won second place; in the dish sticker group, three employees from Xinsong Company, Yan Liping, Liang Yan Yan, and Lin Jing, won first, second, and third place respectively.
