“Perfect quality, on-time delivery, excellent service”—these twelve characters represent Sanhuan Group's quality credo, honed over more than thirty years. At the recent group's production and operation meeting, Chairman Chen Cheng expounded on the profound implications of the quality policy and reiterated its importance.
Chen Cheng emphasized that understanding the quality policy should not be limited to a literal interpretation, but rather a deep comprehension of its core meaning. He required that everyone, from grassroots teams to senior management, should re-learn it, integrating the spirit of the quality policy into every aspect of their daily work, using this as an opportunity to reshape the Sanhuan brand.
Following the meeting, a top-down learning campaign on the quality policy was launched within the group. On the morning of June 8th, Xinsong Company's painting workshop took the lead, organizing its employees to study the quality policy.
Perfect quality is our pursuit; on-time delivery is our basic responsibility; excellent service is our work attitude!
In front of this slogan, workshop director Liao Hongmei led everyone in reviewing the chairman's interpretation. Combining key control points in the painting process and real-life examples of customer service, she guided employees to re-examine the close connection between their positions and the quality policy, allowing the concepts of "quality, delivery, and service" to once again take root in the hearts of each operator.
Other workshops and teams at Xinsong Company also organized learning sessions during pre-shift and post-shift meetings and process discussions.
Quality— Not only refers to product quality, but also includes the quality of our daily work. "Perfect quality" should become a goal consciously pursued by all, striving for excellence in both products and work.
On-time— Not only refers to on-time delivery, but also includes completing every task on time. "On-time delivery" is the responsibility of every employee.
Service— Refers to both customer service and service to upstream and downstream processes. "Excellent service" is the work attitude we should have; our work attitude determines our work results.
