On the morning of June 17, 2019, the unveiling ceremony for the Beiliu City Workers' Spare-Time Technical Training Base was held on the first floor of the Bell Tower in the Ceramics Town. Tan Jieling, Vice Chairman of the Beiliu City Federation of Trade Unions; Zheng Xiangyu, Chairman of the Sanhuan Group Trade Union and General Supervisor of the Administrative Center; Gan Ming, a staff member of the Beiliu City Federation of Trade Unions; and more than 10 representatives from the Sanhuan Group Trade Union attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Tan Jieling, Vice Chairman of the Beiliu City Federation of Trade Unions, and Zheng Xiangyu, Chairman of the Sanhuan Group Trade Union and General Supervisor of the Administrative Center, unveiled the sign for the Beiliu City Workers' Spare-Time Technical Training Base.

The Beiliu City Workers' Spare-Time Technical Training Base is established by the Beiliu City Federation of Trade Unions to provide spare-time technical training for workers in various industries across the city.
