On the afternoon of April 24, 2019, the second session of the Bei Liu City Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation's Congress was held in the meeting room of the Bei Liu Ceramic Industry Association. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including Gu Shengkun, Secretary-General of the Yulin Ceramic Chamber of Commerce and Secretary-General of the Bei Liu Ceramic Industry Association, and Zheng Xiangyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and General Supervisor of the Administrative Center of Sanhuan Group.
At the meeting, Gu Shengkun reported on the preparations for the change of the Bei Liu City Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation; Zheng Xiangyu read out Bei Liu City Federation of Trade Unions' document No. [2019]68, "Regarding the candidates for the second session of the Bei Liu City Ceramic Industry Trade Union Committee and the Financial Examination Committee," and confirmed the list of candidates.
The meeting elected the second committee of the Bei Liu City Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation: Gu Shengkun, Zheng Xiangyu, Yu Guicai, Yang Chun, Liu Guifeng; members of the Financial Examination Committee: Zheng Xiangyu, Zhang Yuanna, Chen Kailin.
Subsequently, the first meeting of the second session of the Bei Liu City Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation and the first meeting of the second session of the Financial Examination Committee were held, electing Gu Shengkun as chairman of the trade union, Zheng Xiangyu as vice chairman, and Zheng Xiangyu as director of the financial examination committee.
Finally, the elected chairman, Gu Shengkun, gave a speech. He said that the ceramic industry is a pillar industry of Bei Liu, and ceramic culture is the core culture of Bei Liu City. He hopes to strengthen communication and contact in the future, to be a good "family member" for employees, to adhere to the principle of serving employees, to make employees feel the warmth of home, to be a good helper for enterprise growth, and to listen carefully to the voices of employees, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, strive to build harmonious labor relations, and organize more cultural and sports activities to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees. He stated that he would fully support the work of the Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation and hoped that everyone would regard the Ceramic Industry Trade Union Federation as a member's home, caring for, supporting, and cherishing this home, working together to run a good "employee home".
