On the morning of August 10, 2022, the 2022 Beiliu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions "Double Entry" activity—a political education teacher's enterprise lecture report meeting (Sanhuan special session)—was held in the Ceramics Town. Ma Qiang, director of the Network and Technology Cooperation Center and Minister of the Organization and Propaganda Department of the Beiliu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Chen Lin, Party Secretary and Vice President of the Group; and Zheng Xiangyu, chairman of the Group's Trade Union and general supervisor of the Administrative Center, attended the event. More than 70 middle and high-level managers and employee representatives from various subsidiaries of the Group participated in the activity. This lecture report meeting was given by Gu Mei, vice principal of Beiliu Middle School.
Before the report meeting, Zheng Xiangyu, chairman of the Group's Trade Union and general supervisor of the Administrative Center, spoke. He said that Sanhuan Group is one of the first batch of enterprises to carry out the special activity of deepening the reform of the industrial worker team construction, and it is also a key enterprise to be promoted. An important part of the reform of the industrial worker team construction is to strengthen the ideological and political guidance of employees, so this activity is very significant. He hoped that the employees present would listen carefully.
Ma Qiang, director of the Network and Technology Cooperation Center and Minister of the Organization and Propaganda Department of the Beiliu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, gave a speech. He stated that the purpose of inviting Gu Mei, vice principal of Beiliu Middle School, to give a lecture at Sanhuan was mainly to allow employees and production backbones to draw closer to the Party organization, increase the absorption of front-line workers into the Party organization, guide the broad masses of industrial workers to practice the core socialist values, and unswervingly listen to and follow the Party.
Subsequently, Gu Mei, vice principal of Beiliu Middle School, gave a political education class to Sanhuan employees using video teaching methods, vividly and clearly explaining three aspects: carrying forward the great spirit of the founding of the Party and shouldering the great task of rejuvenation; forging ahead on the new journey of "Four Strong, Two Districts, and One Beautiful"; and building dreams with ingenuity and strengthening the country with skills.
This activity provided correct guidance for the enterprise's human-oriented management, correct development, and cultural development, promoting the healthy development of the enterprise.
