On the morning of June 15, 2022, the unveiling ceremony for the Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point of the Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee was held in the Ceramics Town. Li Weizhang, Director of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Xue Lirong, Vice Director of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Ling Zhi, Secretary-General of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Li Jin Di, Vice Secretary-General of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Li Chunming, Director of the Ethnic Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Religious Affairs Committee of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Chen Min, Vice Director of the Ethnic Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Overseas Chinese Affairs, and Religious Affairs Committee of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Zhou Zuhong, Director of the Election and Personnel Work Committee of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Chen Lin, specially invited liaison officer of the Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point of the Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee and Deputy Director of the Beiliu Ceramics Town People's Congress Representative Liaison Station; and Chen Xianbin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sanhuan Group, attended the ceremony. Relevant personnel from the Ceramics Town Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point also participated in the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Ou Qing, Director of the Beiliu Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee.

At the ceremony, Xue Lirong, Vice Director of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, delivered a speech. To fully utilize the platform's role, Vice Director Xue put forward several hopes: First, to fully utilize the contact point's role as a "propaganda window"; second, to fully utilize the contact point's role as a "bridge of connection"; third, to fully utilize the contact point's role as a "window for public opinion" and "supervisory post"; and fourth, to fully utilize the contact point's role as a "large classroom." Vice Director Xue emphasized that the Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point should be used as a link to bridge the communication between overseas Chinese communities, overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, and the government. We must remain true to our original aspirations, keep our mission in mind, be courageous in taking on responsibilities, be proactive, and continuously improve the influence of the contact point to make new and greater contributions to Yulin's accelerated development into a "Four Strong, Two Zones, and One Beautiful" Two Bays Pilot Zone.

Following this, Li Weizhang, Director of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Xue Lirong, Vice Director of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Ou Qing, Director of the Beiliu Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; and Chen Lin, specially invited liaison officer of the Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point of the Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee and Deputy Director of the Beiliu Ceramics Town People's Congress Representative Liaison Station, jointly unveiled the sign for the Overseas Chinese Affairs People's Congress Representative Contact Point of the Autonomous Region People's Congress Standing Committee.
