In recent years, Guangxi Sanhuan Group has vigorously promoted the construction of the Guangxi Daily-use Ceramics Industry Engineering Institute and accelerated the development of a talent center. Currently, the institute has been completed in the ceramic town under construction by the group and has passed the acceptance review organized by the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department. In terms of talent cultivation, Sanhuan Group has reached an in-depth training cooperation agreement with Jingdezhen Ceramic University.

The Guangxi Daily-use Ceramics Industry Engineering Institute project is a key project promoted at the autonomous region level. The implementing unit is Sanhuan Group, and the scientific research cooperation units are Tsinghua University, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, and Guilin University of Technology. Based on its existing technological conditions, Sanhuan Group continues to improve and expand the construction of the institute, accelerate the development of new products, introduce and cultivate innovative talents, especially introducing internationally and domestically renowned ceramic experts and art masters, introducing graduate students from 985 and 211 Project universities, strengthening domestic and international ceramic technology exchanges and cooperation, cultivating a team of innovative talents, overcoming a number of key common technologies, leading the development of Guangxi and China's daily-use ceramics towards high-end artistry, and ensuring that the overall level meets the goals set by the Autonomous Region People's Government for the institute to be among the top in the industry nationwide by 2020. Currently, the "three high" major ceramic technology achievements of Jingdezhen Ceramic University have been implemented in Sanhuan Ceramic Town. This technology has obtained a national invention patent. It uses new ceramic material technology to produce high-white, high-transparency, high-temperature daily-use ceramic products, significantly reducing production costs and significantly increasing added value. This project, from formula design and process layout to equipment and facilities, was entirely designed by Jingdezhen Ceramic University. This scientific and technological project has become a demonstration project for Sanhuan Group and even the Beiliu Ceramic Industrial Park.

Comprehensively strengthen the training of ceramic technology personnel. For many years, Sanhuan Group has cooperated with Jingdezhen Ceramic University to establish a university undergraduate correspondence station in Beiliu City. On December 10, 2016, Sanhuan Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the university, focusing on cooperation with Jingdezhen Ceramic University in ceramic innovation technology, talent training, and internationalization, sharing development achievements. The Beiliu Ceramic Technician Training Class will also be held in the ceramic town in the first half of this year, hosted by Sanhuan Group and the Ceramic Industry Association, focusing on cultivating a group of ceramic craftsmen and using the spirit of craftsmanship to carefully produce products. Accelerate the construction of a talent center, planning to cultivate more than 30 young ceramic technology elites and urgently needed professional and technical personnel within five years, more than 50 ceramic technicians, and 20 corporate management personnel proficient in ceramic industry development strategic planning, capital operation, quality management, human resource management, finance, and law, providing a solid talent guarantee for the construction of the ceramic town.
