To ensure the continuous and effective operation of the company's ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system, the production center, in conjunction with the company's organizational changes in 2021 and the operation of the management system in 2020, formulated and issued a plan on January 29 to revise the quality and environmental management system documents.
After joint revision by relevant units, the 2021 version of the Group's quality and environmental management manual was basically completed on February 23. To make the manual more scientific and perfect, the production center organized a review and study of the new version of the management manual by the group's middle and high-level management personnel and personnel involved in the revision. Considering the large amount of content involved in the manual and the time required for the review, as well as the actual work situation of the participants, the production center organized four management manual reviews and studies every Saturday afternoon from February 27 to March 20. During the review process, each chapter was explained by the person in charge of the revision or assistant. During the explanation, the participants put forward suggestions for modification of the program clauses in question. Company leaders including the management representative, Vice President of Production Liang Guitong, Vice President of Technology Li Chaoyou, Director of the Administrative Center Zheng Xiangyu, and Acting Director of the Technology Center Luo Tongbin, participated in the review and study either throughout or successively.
The management manual is the guiding document of the company's management system, and is the basic principle and action guide for the company's various management work, used to unify and coordinate the company's various management activities. It is hoped that after the promulgation and implementation of the new version of the manual, everyone will actively study it independently and organize all employees to study it carefully, so as to fully grasp the regulations expounded in the manual and strictly implement them, ultimately achieving the goal of normal system operation, comprehensive improvement of enterprise management level and product quality level, and enterprise economic benefits.
