On the morning of January 15, 2022, Sanhuan Group held a 2022 Ceramics Sector Training Conference on the implementation of the Amoeba market management model and the comprehensive implementation of the up and down process market operation management at the second-floor meeting room of the Bell Tower in the Ceramics Town. Those attending the responsibility contract signing ceremony included Mr. Chen Cheng, Chairman and President of the Group; Mr. Chen Xianbin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; heads of various departments of the Group; all staff of various centers; and management personnel above the foreman level in the ceramics sector.

On the morning of January 7, 2022, the second "Beautiful Porcelain, Delicious Food" employee culinary competition was held at the Ceramics Town Food Plaza. Liang Guidong, Vice President of the Group; Zheng Xiangyu, Director of the Administrative Center; and Deng Bin, Director of the Human Resources Center attended the competition.
